What started as a once-off hunt in Cape Town has grown into a nationwide moment — with thousands of you following clues, racing through cities and tracking down tickets.

For 2026, the Golden Ticket Hunt is taking over the whole month of April. This means more clues, more cities and more chances to win.

It’s exactly what it sounds like.
We hide Golden Tickets across South Africa.
You follow the clues, find the location, and if you’re first — you win.
Miss it, and it’s gone.
Where is the hunt happening?
This year, we’re going bigger.
The hunt will take place across four major South African cities: Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg and Pretoria.
Each week, we drop into a new city and hide three Golden Tickets in public locations.
How do you find the tickets?
Clues are everything.
We’ll be releasing clue videos on our TikTok to guide you to each location.
Watch closely, look again, and trust your instincts.
If you figure it out first and get there in time, the ticket is yours.
